Will Grub share the EFI System Partition with Windows 10?

I'm curious about whether or not grub will share the ESP with Windows 10 bootloader.

I am planning on installing Ubuntu Budgie 17.10 on my Windows 10 Laptop (Lenovo 700-11isk) and I want to be able to dual boot. If for some reason Grub overwrites the Windows 10 bootloader in ESP, is there a way that I would be able to boot into Windows with Grub?

I have also found this , but it seems to be related to distros that you have to manually install.
