Ubuntu Server 21.10 stops working the keyboard and mouse in Hyper-V

I completed the installation of Ubuntu Server 21.10 in my Hyper-V. I followed the instructions of this link, , to enable Enhanced Session Mode Policy. Now, the keyboard and mouse are not working. I tried both generations of Hyper-V, and the error is the same after installing linux-vm-tools. Enhanced Session Mode Policy works with a Windows Server that I created on my Hyper-V. Any suggestion?
