The microphone works with Skype. The camera works with Guvcview, but with Cheese or Skype, it just gives a plain blue screen or sometimes white or flashing blue, no actual picture.

It all used to work, but I had a disk crash and had to reinstall Ubuntu 16.04.3 64-bit and I now have this issue.
