I can't run Blizzard Battle.net installer on WINE

This is my first time trying to use WINE and the whole experience is a bit overwhelming! But I am reading as much as I can and so far I have tried using q4wine and also wine <path to .exe> and both end up crashing with a failure. this is the error in the bash

and then the blizzard launcher says this...

I am totally new to linux and wine. Can someone please tell me how to fix this, or if it can be fixed? I tried with winecfg set to both windows 7 and windows 10
