Bluetooth mouse issues

I have a Logitech MX Master 3 connected through the Logitech unifying receiver aswell installed Solaar and I have the following problem with it.

Randomly it has some sort of stuttering. Basically, what happens is, I move the mouse, but it freezes for like 300-500 ms, then jumps to the point were the mouse is.

The biggest issue is that the cursor doesn't move if it doesn't have a longer movement, so for really small movements it might not move at all, forcing me to move the mouse around to ensure it works then point on what I wanted to click which is annoying like hell.

This issue occurs both with and without receiver, ony my laptop running Ubuntu 20.04.
On Windows 10, on the same laptop, I don't experience this issue.
Neither on my MacBook which I have it connected through Bluetooth.

So the issue is strictly related to Ubuntu.
From what I managed to notice this issue occurs more often when I leave the mouse alone, and enters standby, when I move the cursor from internal to external monitor and sometimes when I open heavy resource apps (such as Android Studio, Android emulator, etc.).

These are my specs:

Anyone knows what why is this happening and how to solve it?
