My Anne Pro 2 works fine with Windows, absolutely no problems. However, when I boot into Ubuntu, my keyboard appears disconnected. The RGB lights are not on, and the keys do not work. It is strange because during the bootup process the keyboard is lit up and works fine when navigating the grub menu. I already read this post and tried different USB cords, but it did not work.
The only way around this is for me to unplug and replug in my usb. It takes a few seconds so it is not a huge deal, but it is rather annoying.
Solved:Not a great solution by any means, but I changed the USB port my keyboard was plugged into and that seemed to work fine. The old usb port now houses my speakers, but for whatever reason, my speakers work fine on startup.
